1.下载安装URL重写模块：Microsoft URL Rewrite Module

32位：

64位：

2.站点的SSL设置，不要勾选（很重要）

3.Web.config添加配置节点，以重定向到https

   <rewrite>
     <rules>
       <rule name="HTTP to HTTPS redirect" stopProcessing="true">
         <match url="(.*)" />
         <conditions>
           <add input="{HTTPS}" pattern="off" ignoreCase="true" />
         </conditions>
         <action type="Redirect" redirectType="Found" url="https://{HTTP_HOST}/{R:1}" />
       </rule>
     </rules>
   </rewrite>
 </system.webServer>
以上config配置会自动生成配置到iis站点中，到此即完成了自动的跳转配置。
