1.准备环境，python、MacOS
2.安装xlrd1.0 官方网址：
xlrd安装方法 进入xlrd源代码目录 执行
sudo python setup.py install
3.demo，请求参看我的github https://github.com/samuelandkevin/iOS-LocalizeScript
操作步骤
（1）切换到iOS-LocalizeScript目录下
（2）运行脚本：python run.py excel.xlsx
（3）运行结果如下：（localize是自动生成的文件夹）
